S21+ 5G keeps turning off / restarting

Hiya. I got this phone around three years ago, and just from three days ago the phone keeps restarting and sometimes turning off on its own.

I've already factory reset the phone but it still turned itself off last night.

Is this a hardware issue? The system is up-to-date and I always install system update when prompted by the notifications.

I have run a diagnosis with the Members app and it suggested a weak battery. But each time it restarted / turned off, the battery percentage is not affected, maybe just few percent less than before turning off.

Any help is appreciated.

Yes I've dropped it before, maybe from like 20cms above the floor? Immediately after the drop there wasn't any apparent implications so I didn't think it's relevant. Could the drop cause any hardware issue that keeps it restarting/turning off?

Are you using a different device to post on members and the drop problely did not cause it dud you buy it directly from Samsung or refurbished or did you get it repaired by a not official samsung shop ?

If the issue still continues try going to a physical samsung shop try contact then the battery might bethe problem if it is samung can replace the battery
