@Imnotsure which features are you looking for and which device to you have? Devices which have Android 14 should receive the release in due course. However the new AI features will be limited to those Devices which can support it , basically premium Devices.

I'm specifically talking about phones with one ui core. These do not even have good locks or dex

Also I have seen a person root an s10 to one ui 6.1 and it seemed very smooth

Devices with One Ui Core obviously have some limitations. https://www.guidingtech.com/samsung-one-ui-vs-one-ui-core-difference/

Rooting a Device carries a security risk and is not recommended.

There is speculation that the S21 series will receive it in May,with some of the AI features.
