@Aliahamzat09 The A32 lauched in 2021 with Android 11 on board, it was only elegible for two subsequent OS updates to Android 13.

@Aliahamzat09 you will not get update to 14. They want you to buy new phone.
I have s22ultra. Powerfull phone but its the same. They don't want you to use same phone they want you to buy new one every 2 years or every year

Samsung may like customers to upgrade fairly regularly and offer new features to entice. However Flagships starting with the S24 (not the case for earlier models) will be elegible for 7 years of OS updates. so if no problem with the device it is not strictly necessary to upgrade so often anyway.
