Smoke from the charging port of M31s

Dear Community,

It's a bit scary and I just smoke coming out of my Samsung M31s Phone's port and I immediately disconnected it.

Can someone please help, what could be the issue. Any help would be much appreciated.

Please get it seen to ASAP. I wouldn't even have it in the house until it was checked over!

This is just a public forum and you should contact samsung customer service in your region.

I guess there will be some questions for the age and warranty of the phone, so be prepared to provide this information.

Your the second one you has complained about that issue over the last few days. You must get it booked in for a inspection

I did PM @Sam_UK but I still don't have a response. Also, I am in Germany so not sure if the UK Samsung is the one to help here.
