Hello all

I restarted my phone and now the audio is off. I've restarted my phone and googled how to clear the cache and still no change.

I tested as per a Samsung website request and the speaker worked fine so I think there was a set up change after the restart.

Dolby for instance is now greyed out. Does anyone know how to assist?

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I'd suggest to put the phone in Safe Mode > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.

If things persist in this mode then as a last resort back up and factory reset @Audio2025

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate to ask. 😎

Good morning

I did try the safe mode route but perhaps I didn't know what to look for.

I'm making couples to test the mic and everyone can hear me but I can't hear them. The Samsung link to test speakers worked but I can't hear anything outside of that.

I feel like it's a settings issue that got reset because everything else is working perfectly.

Thank you for your insight nonetheless.
