Depends on what phone you are enquiring about
My S23 Ultra has had it and now on the stable release
My Z Fold 5 is still on the Beta software
Apparently the S22 range are getting the stable version rolling out from today

Fold has a very different software package whereas S23 / S22 and S21 Series are more aligned overall.

Fold is in beta testing for 4. Not sure if 5 stable has yet been released.

Had the beta on the S23 nearly 2 months ago. Stable version was released 2 weeks ago.
