I'm just wondering if I can claim cashback into my bank account, as I'm paying via a credit card.

I received delivery of my order (via John Lewis) on 4/7/23 and submitted my £100 cashback claim on the same day - I am aware it can take upto 45 days to process the claim, but i have not received and confirmation of the claim, nor do the rewards show on my Samsung Account page.... I do not know who to contact to find out if I should submit the claim again.

Hi i started a claim and also have the offer of a free galaxy watch. I have not had any confirmation that all the information submitted is ok and my claim is being processed i have messaged several times. Can you help?

Hi BigTB. There should be a tracking section on the claim page to stay up to date with your claim's progress every step of the way. Once the team handling this particular promotion reaches your query in the queue, they will respond. Only the promotion team will be able to look into your claim further with you.
