Internal storage

Please advise! My galaxy a20e internal storage is constantly at 96%..I have deleted many apps & photos..I have transferred as many apps(as I can) to my sd card & deleted all the cache I can. Is there something really obvious I am missing? Thanks

Goto my files app and see what is using up your storage

Hit anaylze storage and it will tell you what files you have on your storage

I know it says apps are taking up the most room but I just need to know if there is anything I haven't thought of. As I said earlier, I have deleted many apps already..when I first got the phone I could download all the apps I wanted to, now I can't..I don't understand what has changed...

The thing is 32gb isn't alot of storage and applications do grow and demand more as time goes by in my experience

Yeah 32gb was fine when I first got the phone but now I'm struggling. I can't afford a new phone right now, I need to buy it outright for certain reasons..feeling frustrated by it all!

I would suggest to try the following.

Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.

Delete the following........

Old calendar entries.
Old notes.
Text messages.
Mms messages.
Emails.
Tones you no longer use.
Photos from Snapchat / WhatsApp.
Videos.
Clear all your different recycle bins.
Back up and factory reset can help.
