Hi can anybody help

I have tried to unblock a blocked number but it will not unblock. Go through the procedure to unblock but everytime I return to blocked numbers it's still there.

Same problem with phone blocked number, can't unblock tried everything very important number. How do I unblock

@amoz @j5522: Please can you confirm the model number and current Android number of your device, located in Settings > About phone? Typically, it should be possible to unblock a number by opening the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Block numbers and tapping the '-' symbol to the right of the relevant number.
