&lt;LI&gt;Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section&amp;nbsp; &amp;gt; &lt;A href="https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/&lt;/A&gt; You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Back up and factory reset.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>Hi, can some body help me if there is any alternative way for this to fix permanently. I am facing this issue min 10 times a day and need to go for reboot every time.&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;My mobile was working till before the update.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you try Safe Mode&amp;nbsp; &amp;gt; &lt;A href="https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/&lt;/A&gt; turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that does nkt help or you've already tried this then I would recommend to go with my first part of my advice to vist a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre or arrange to send the phone Off to be assessed.&lt;/P&gt;
