Hi, I just changed my mobile and my old number due to changing the country where I used to live, now i cant get in my Samsung account because of the two step verification which send the code to the old number and i cant remember the information to retrieve it, but I know the email and the password, how I can get in my Samsung account pls help

Part of setting up 2FA
You enter a backup recovery email for situations such as this
You should be able to get access through this

You are right but as the account is very old I didn't keep that option

@justme980: If you follow the link below, select 'On Your Computer', and follow the on screen prompts, then you will be able to assign your new number to receive verification codes from here.
