&lt;P&gt;Please can you clarify which update version has caused you issues and what these issues are and what if any troubleshooting tips you may have tried thus far.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can screenshot this and upload it here via Settings, Software Update, Last Software Update.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And please clarify your phone's model number / name.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also please do send feedback via your Samsung Members App under the GetHelp section.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Is samsung going to acknowledge all this issues with the recent update. They cant pretend not to know what's happening&amp;nbsp;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The decent thing to do will be to reassure your customers that measure are in place to rectify this especially after spending such amount on your products.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>What problems are you experiencing. You dont say anything about it&lt;BR /&gt;Some experience issues but this usually relates to third party themes or apps etc&lt;BR /&gt;Clearing the Partition Cache can usually fix most issues&lt;BR /&gt;Again you don't say anything about what you've tried to do to fix your problems</description>

      <description>Samdung Note 10+ 5g&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;One U.I 4.1. The most recent ones.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cant search for app thru the search box says menu unavailable&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Quick panel setting changed and media output no longer shows app&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And i have tried to wipe app cache and device cache partition as suggested but no change</description>
