Phone not working after two factory resets

I can't make outgoing or incoming calls, text messages not being received since I installed DHL app. I deleted this app eventually but now phone is not working properly after I have reset to factory settings twice.

take your sim out, then factory reset, then put the sim back in see that work

I tried that but Samsung is asking me for two step verification but I can't receive text messages for the code.

guess you might need to bring in your phone to your network provider to sort it out for you, could be the sim problem

you can try using family/friend sim card to see that work,
