My phone has blue squares on anything I touch I cant get into phone and the voice is on which I have never used please help

@flappa: It sounds like you have Voice Assistant enabled, therefore please follow the steps below to disable it. While Voice Assistant is active, you can tap on an area to highlight it with a square, then double tap to select it.

Settings > Accessibility > Screen Reader > Voice Assistant > Off.

Thank you! You saved me from taking my phone to a repair centre! Ahh, that feature was turned on by accident (without even realising it) and it was preventing me from navigating and even from being able to switch off the phone!

😮 I cannot send messages from my Samson phone now. Whenever i press send a small blue box appears on the left with a circle appearing around it and the sending beside it. But nothing happens?
