Missing "Add Call" Icon in Phone App.

Have encountered an issue last week: The Phone App is not showing up " Add" (+ Symbol) icon to conference with an other call. Insted it shows up a " Share" icon which is grayed out. However the options for Add Call, Hold Call functions are available under the vertical 3 Dots in the right top corner.

Has this change in Phone App been observed by anyone else in the community? And if someone can help comment with a way out to restore the Add Call icon back .

This issue is on S8 (SM-G950FD), running Android-Pie with latest SW updates published by Samsung.

I have this issue on my Galaxy S10. I am on Vodafone UK. my VF SIM shows the plus + 'add call' option when I put it into an Apple phone phone so it's not the VF SIM card which is problem. VF have enabled the service in their systems and therefore it seems it has to be something on the Samsung side. Anyone else having problems?

same problem in my Note 10 plus, UK ...there is no add call option
