Why no Dark Mode?

There is dark mode, it follows the system theme. If you have dark mode turned on in settings then the notes app should be dark mode. Mine is

Dark mode works, but only on the main page

Go to settings in the notes app, then "page style and template" then click "adjust colour in dark mode"
