Hi people,

I keep getting error reports like 1001, my I.p is banned,plus one saying it couldn't find my I.P, What can I do about this, Its only started happening in last couple of days, Could I turn off Private DNS? Any help would be greatly appreciated thankyou in advance.

Usually Private DNS is switched off by default anyway? Did you activate it yourself? If you turn off Private DNS then the device will default to using the DNS of the active connection, i.e. if on your home WiFi network then it'll usually be your ISPs DNS.

Yes Private DNS should be switched off by default. Go to Connections-More Connections-Private DNS. Three options are Off,Automatic, Private DNS Provider Hostname.
