Phone can't detect wifi, but other devices can

I usually connect to the work wifi network. Suddenly this week, the wifi network isn't showing up on my phone (J6). It's the only network which isn't showing up - every other network at work or home or out and about is coming up. It's showing up on my laptop and everyone else's phones - only my phone is affected. It's so bizarre.

I have tried turning on and off, resetting all networks etc. Anything else I can try?

Can you check if the phone's software is up to date? There may be signal issues between the Wi-Fi router and your phone due to congestion. Is it possible for you to get this Wi-Fi router rebooted, so you can try a fresh connection?

I have the same issue and I have tried all of the things that you reccomended for the other user.
