      <description>&lt;P&gt;First try a soft reboot by turning your phone Off and then and check for any updates.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try putting the phone in Safe Mode which disables all downloaded apps but leaves the stock apps working which may help to highlight if this is a rogue app causing this issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A factory reset may help but back up first and remove any relevant sd card.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I assume the phone hasn't had an accidental bump or had water damage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
