When someone calls me, I can hear their voice but they cannot hear mine.

Have you checked your microphone for any obstructions or blockages? Can others hear you if you put the phone on loudspeaker or through a set of headphones?

I have this problem. on the loop test the rcv_1stmic does not work. I have done factory reset and still not working
