How do you change alarm setting (to vibrate only) on Galaxy watch?

It currently auto sets to vibrate and sound. I cant change this. I just want vibrate.

Go to your alarm

Swipe to the left (twice) there you can choose you're alarm sound, turn it off and the same for the vibrations

Go to "Clock" app. At the right side find the 3 dotted menu. Touch there and find " Settings" option there. Toggle "Sound" option off. Toggle "Vibration" option on. This will make your alarm go on vibration only. Toggle those options back if you want sound instead. Thanks and stay safe from Covid-19 !!

I am sorry but I am unable to see a clock app on my Galaxy watch 3. There is an alarm app, but there are no 3 dots on right. Has the layout change in Tizen OS since you posted?
