Galaxy S10 lite brightness going up and down drastically when on white screen apps with adaptive brightness on

As the title says, when I have adaptive brightness on and am in an app with a white screen such as Google search or something, the adaptivd brightness keeps changing my brightness every couple of seconds from really low to bright and it's incredibly annoying. Anyone got a fix for this other than switching off adaptive brightness? I've tried the standard turning the phone off and on again and that hasn't helped.

I have no suggestions for you sorry.

However i would suggest you to turn adaptive brightness off, you are only wasting battery for it to work and not saving any
