WhatsApp incoming call - Mute calls with Volume Keys

Hello,

In the middle of the Whatsapp Call I am not able to silence the call when I press any of the Volume Keys. This feature was available before, now I only can silence normal calls with the volume keys.

I've tested this in other phones and it works. The issue is with samsung phones.

Have any of you experienced this?

These cellphones are not UK models. I'm based in Latin America.

i have exactly same problem with my new samsung a40.

i can mute/disable vibration on incoming normal calls but not on whatsapp calls.

with my old samsung phone it worked but not with a40. could u fix it?

Same problem here... S21 Spain. It happens to almost everyone, as I've researched for a solution for already a month. IT'S EXTREMELY ANNOYING.

Same here with my recent bought s23 ultra in uk.
I had this feature in my galaxy note 10 but somehow it don't work in my s23U
