What network is my mobile locked to?

I recently purchased a reconditioned samsung galaxy s8+ but I'm unable to make calls as it's locked to an unknown network which wasn't stated on the site I bought it from and my current network cant help as they need the unlock code from the other network. Any help would be appreciated thanks

Hi @Cj83

Try using phoneinfo app from the Playstore.

Look under the CsC code section.

Perhaps some info maybe under Settings, Connections and then Mobile Networks.

Or ask the shop / person where you purchased it from as they should know what network its locked to.

In the UK we have a site called Checkmend that for a small fee can give a full status report of the phone.
