    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday an issue with my bluetooth suddenly came about; my phone started not connecting properly with my bluetooth earphones, I've tried stuff like restarting my earphones and phone, clearing the data of my phone's bluetooth, still getting the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;P.S: The problem isn't with my earphones, i've been using these for a year and a half across plenty of devices but they're working perfectly with said devices.&lt;BR /&gt;Many thanks,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Fabien&lt;BR /&gt;Edit: Phone is a J6+ brand new as of christmas&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Have you tried connecting the J6+ to other Bluetooth compatible devices to see if you experience similar issues? Are you making sure to stay within range of the phone while connected (around 10m)? &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;From a troubleshooting standpoint, I feel like you've tried most of the following, but please restart your phone and check that the phone's software is up to date by going to Settings &amp;gt; Software Update. Furthermore please go to Settings &amp;gt; Connections &amp;gt; Bluetooth and ensure that it is enabled. Then, make your headphones visible by following the manufacturers instructions, select them from the list of available devices, enter a PIN if prompted and you should be good to go.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the issue persists then head into Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; 3 dots (top right) &amp;gt; Show System Apps &amp;gt; Bluetooth Share / Bluetooth Test &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; Clear cache / data. If this doesn't help, go into your Bluetooth settings, select the device you are having problems with and then tap "Forget" or “Unpair” from that device and then restart your phone. If the problem persists then run the hardware test: Samsung Members app &amp;gt; Get Help &amp;gt; Interactive Checks &amp;gt; Run through the Bluetooth test and share the results. Let me know how you get on.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi @AndrewL,&lt;BR /&gt;I am well within the range of my phone, sometimes with it right next to the earphones and I don't actually have any other bluetooth devices right now that I can try it with.&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried all the troubleshooting steps you gave me, still not working correctly.&lt;BR /&gt;Bluetooth test in the app is showing normal.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
