      <title>Galaxy J7 2016 touchscreen does not respond</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After an update the Galaxy J7 2016 touchscreen does not respond anymore. The screen does show picture but it does not respond to touch. Therefor the phone is of no use anymore and that terrible. We have done a factory reset but that does not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have a solution for us?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
