Notification LED

I am new to Samsung mobile, and have just purchased a galaxy A40.

On my previous phone there was a notification led, I really miss this feature.

Is there a work around for this feature?

Holey light has been mentioned, but it is not compatible with A40.

Thanks for any suggestions.

You would have to check but I believe a workaround was found in the Samsung Goodlock App @RomeoHotel707

However this was for the Samsung Galaxy s10 phones so you'd need to take a look.

I believe there are some third party apps on the play store which flash a few pixels on the screen every time you get a notification, simulating a notification LED.

Thanks for the reply. I have been using LED Blinker Pro for some months now and it works perfectly, worth paying small amount to eliminate ads.
