Samsung Flexwash washing machine stuck 4 min in to cycle

My Flexwash washing machine keeps "stalling" at 4 min no mater what cycle I choose. The display is still active by the drum stays full of water and not active. I have tried running it with no clothes inside to see if maybe the drum was unbalanced but it still stalls at 4 min.

Hi @jjohnson. What's the model number please? You can find this on the inside of the door on a white sticker. In the meantime, also try to run a calibration. To do this manually, hold down 'Temp' and 'Delay End+' buttons for 3 seconds and the 'Cb' message will appear. Press 'Start' to run the calibration. This will end after a few minutes.

I tried the CB method but nothing happens when I hold temp and delay end. I only hear a beep but display does not change
