Try clicking on the get help button at the bottom of the samsung members page and run a diagnostic test Torch

Hi
Try powering off phone
And and turn on
Check if torch working

If not go apps
Camera
And clear
Data

And check torch

Tried clear cache and it work only on camera app it's really annoying, it don't work on video just photos

Reset on the camera

I done it through recovery method, got the flash to only work when photos are taken and even then the photos are really bright and not really suitable
