Note 10 passcode 'ok' button not highlighting, phone locked.

unable to restart or go to setting as phone again ask for the passcode and again 'OK' button to confirm the lock code is greyed out.

note: passcode is correct! 😞

@RayMar5050: Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. If the problem persists then please sign in to Find My Mobile via a browser using your registered Samsung account details, and you can remotely unlock the phone from there.
