Weird sound all over UI

Alright, so this has been driving me nuts..

I've searched a lot and couldn't resolve my problem

So since this morning I've been getting this annoying sound when I'm selecting songs on my samsung music app, on my phone app whenever I call somebody or when switching apps, when I open a game, it's all over the UI

It's not the notification sound , it's a different sound, when I disable all notifications sounds , it turns off, but when trying to turning it off from certain apps individually , it only works with samsung music, games still make the sound when I start them and when I make calls.

And there's never a notification with this noise, it's just the noise. I don't know what to do anymore, tried everything in the setting app and tried downloading a notification log app, but nothing shows up. Could someone help me please? Thanks

can you try downloading Notistar from Good Lock and logging it from there? also do you have an accessibility feature turned on which may be causing it or download a recent dodgy app?
