Samsung Notes do not sync across Devices

I just bought a New Galaxy Tab A 8.0 2019. I tried to sync it with my Samsung Notes on my new Galaxy Note 10+. I have hundreds of Notes maybe thousands on my Note 10+. Unfortunately they will note sync because they are different Versions that don't sync.

This is a monumental loss for my productivity using Samsung products. My New Tab A just loss 90% of its value for my day to day business operations because I lean on Samsung Notes. I contacted Samsung and the Representative just said, "I'm sorry, no more updates for the Tab A."

Sad!

this is not about updates, this is about proper way to set samsung cloud and synchronization
