Regional Lock Samsung 10 Note

I got a Samsung note 10 . its locked to middle east and Africa.

I live in Canada. Please can anybody explain how I can regionally unlock this phone for use in Canada

Hey @Johnjacobb! There are two ways to unlock a region locked phone: the first one is to make make a 5-minute call in the region the phone was manufactured in, to another device in that region. For example, if the phone was purchased in Africa, you'd need to make a 5-minute call in Africa to another African number. The second one is to get in touch with Samsung Africa to request a Region Lock code to use on your phone, you can get in touch with them here.

same thing happened with me last month. I also tried 5 minutes call with the regional simcard on roaming but soon after inserting USA simcard it's asking me again the same network Unlock PIN. I was so frustrated then used this Samsung Note 10 Network Unlock. they charged me but unlock my device within few minutes.
