    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/37649828"&gt;@yoyo30&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; There could be an issue with your Sim card or your Network.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;However firstly restart your Device to see if that solves the issue.&amp;nbsp; Ensure you have the latest&amp;nbsp; software update&amp;nbsp; and turn off Wireless connections temporarily by switching on Airplane Mode for a short period and then switch it off again.&amp;nbsp; You could also try resetting the Network-General Management-Reset- Reset Network Settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If there is still a problem you may need to remove and&amp;nbsp; and reinsert your Sim card. otherwise contact your Network provider, you may&amp;nbsp; need the APN settings.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is not so simple as I have followed all the troubleshooting steps, yet my phone does not IMS register.&amp;nbsp; When I turn on the phone my IMSI registers on 310-240 then I am shifted to 310-260 network.&amp;nbsp; This is by design but I get only an EDGE connection and IMS fails to register.&amp;nbsp; I can make phone calls, and get text messages, but no 4G/LTE connections.&amp;nbsp; I have done all the service providers troubleshooting steps and more, but to no avail.&amp;nbsp; I have changed service over three times, changing SIM cards and networks.&amp;nbsp; I even took the phone to samsung service where they scanned it and gave it a clean bill of health.&amp;nbsp; SIMPLE...it doesn't work, yet my Galaxy A11 will login with LTE service on every provider's service.&amp;nbsp; I have rewritten the firmware two or three times, reset the phone to factory, reset network settings until I am blue in the face.&amp;nbsp; SIMPLE...it doesn't work!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please, don't mention clearing cache or APN settings.&amp;nbsp; I feel like I have done every APN posted one each provider.&amp;nbsp; I don't know how I got 4 years of trouble free service from Verizon unit my phone just stopped logging in to the service at all.&amp;nbsp; I took it to store and they said they changed something on the network, that is why it stopped working.&amp;nbsp; I checked the frequencies, GSM 1900 and b5 (800), so my phone does those frequencies!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I solved the problem.&amp;nbsp; My phone was not supporting the LTE frequencies of the carrier.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Once I found the answer to set my phone to support the USA frequencies I was in like flint.&amp;nbsp; I posted the solution in XDA forum.&amp;nbsp; It works for duel sim phones bypassing the main menu blocks that samsung had setup!&amp;nbsp; Happy &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt; and not happy for all the trouble I went through.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
