Hi, my smart case for my Note 9 has suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason. Anyone else had the same issue?

Have you tried removing and refitting it? Is NFC still turned on? It gets power from the NFC.

Go to Settings > Accessibility features > Smart cover, and enable Smart cover. If the flip cover comes with a display window, enable Use display window as well.
