Is the volume low when you listen to music via the phone speakers or via bluetooth or both?

Hi,

In Settings > Sounds and vibration > Volume > Click on the 3 dots > Media volume limit

Is it turned on?

Another option to try is Settings > Sounds and vibration > Sound quality and effects > Adapt sound

Here you can select the profile that suit you well.
