smart call error message

My phone is having problem with the smart call. The smart call keep popping up with regular error message. What do is the cause.

Navigate to settings > apps press on the 3 dots then tap 'show system apps' look for smart call press on it then press storage then clear data then restart your device

My Samsung camera 🤳 app is not working and it comes up with an error message : "security policy prevents use of camera". Please I need a solution to the problem (Galaxy note 20 ultra). Cheers.
