Note 9: Keyboard covers text on Insta

This just started this evening. When I try to edit an instagram text the keyboard covers the text field. I've seen this problem mentioned with other phones , but the solutions offered were not applicable to the Note 9. It happens with any keyboard. It seems to only happen with INsta.

I have rebooted the phone, logged off and on Insta, removed recent apps installed...no joy

any help appreciated and tia

Yes. Samsung chat advised to uninstall and reinstall insta...that worked, but the problem recurred requiring another uninstall and reinstall. Instagram support? Is there such a thing?

I am having exactly the same issue with my Galaxy Note 9. When I try to edit an instagram text the keyboard covers the text field.

Can we get a solution to this please? Is it a Samsung problem or an Instagram problem?
