Hi everyone, I have the note 9 which is generally fine but when ppl call me they carnt always hear me , it works fine ringing out , I have tried restarting it and sometimes works but not always .thank you tina xx

This could be attributed to masts your connected to or even an issue at the callers end too @Tinapops

As a process of elimination try your sim card in another phone and another sim card in your phone.

A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can take a look.

got same problem myself.. I can hear everything fine, its clear as day, but I sound muffled and quiet to the person thats on the other end of there phone..
