Why has my spen never worked on my note 9. Its only ever worked for the first week or 2 that I purchased my phone. I can write with it and draw with it. As for the remote then its never worked.. ive reset it and done all the other things that have been recommended yet it still disconnects all the time. the cost for a new pen is unbelievable to the point where its almost robbery so that option is the last resort,. Is there anyone out there that can help or give me advice.. thanks in advance

to be honest their pen is not good at all! that's why I ditched it. it doesn't mark where you want a mark. sloppy function.

Note 9 didn't have a very good s pen, Note10+ is where we seen a big improvement.

but its not worked for months. to buy a new one is the only option but it will ***** me right off paying the silly price for it..

spen sorted.. thank you samsung for sending someone to my house to fix it, and then ending up replacing it.. i couldn't be more satisfied 😃😃
