    <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot connect to Samsung cloud via the App. I am stuck on the login screen saying&amp;nbsp; "Samsung Cloud, Connecting...." And it just keeps spinning and loading forever.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried clearing the app data, I have tried uninstalling the Samsung Cloud update, I have restarted the phone, turned off the phone,&amp;nbsp; I have connected through Wifi and mobile network, nothing helps. I dont know what else I can do?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The samsung cloud backup works, so the phone IS connected and logged in to samsung account, but the issue seems to be with the Samsung cloud app,&amp;nbsp; which by the way have disappeared from my apps,&amp;nbsp; I can only access it through settings&amp;gt;&amp;gt;Accounts and backup&amp;gt;&amp;gt; Samsung cloud.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Same for me on all devices, one where I have migrated syncing to One drive and the other not migrated...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And One drive syncing not working, must be a recent update which is rubbish</description>
