Hello. I have a question.

How can I have dark mode on my samsung note 9. I have looked everywhere at settings but I didnt found anything. Thank you!

And if that doesn't work, go into settings and just try searching "dark mode" or "nightmode" and it should bring up the dark mode settings.

Alternatively you can download apps which can give your phone a dark mode theme!

@gia23gabriela: Dark Mode should be accessible via Settings > Display > Dark Mode, with additional Dark Mode Settings located below.
