      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you try going to Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; Upday &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; Clear Cache, then press the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts, to see if this helps. If not, can you confirm if you are getting any error messages when the issue occurs?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
