Problem with Camera

Hello Everybody,

I use a Samsung Note 20 4g and the Camera has been bugging out recently. This Phone is a Certified Renewed Phone and the Main Camera has been Focusing too much. Everytime I use it, the Main Camera has been 'Breathing' as the term suggest.

Hi @King_High1.

Let's clear the cache from the Camera app. Open Settings > Apps > Tap on the sort by icon next to ‘Your apps’ > Select the switch next to Show system apps > Camera > Storage > Clear cache.

Also, check that your software is updated. To check: Open Settings > Software update > Download and install.

Try a soft reset on your phone by pressing and holding the Power and Volume Down buttons for 10 seconds.

If your issue persists, then run a Hardware Test on your camera. Open the Phone app and enter *#0*# > Tap on “MEGA CAM” to test the rear camera, and tap on “FRONT CAM” to test the front camera.

Let us know what the results are after you have performed the Test.
