      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have updated my samsung galaxy note 20 ultra since then I have a problem with the network operator selection, mobile phone unable to find network. Tried to reset network settings, try to add access points, tried changing network operator selection but did not work. Same SIM car is working on iPhone no it seems it's not a sim card problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some how I can't turn off network operator selection to manuall and getting error . Could someone guide me here ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I am also experiencing the same issue since the last update, it was working perfectly before. Tried most stuff except factory reset, which is very time consuming having plenty of apps to be reset again for security purposes. Not expected such from Samsung they should have tested it well enough before deployment of last few updates for the 2020 series.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i have the same issue with with s21 ultra after update of one ui 6.1 . it complete broke the network. use different sim cards with different network it does not work even same sim cards with other handset perfectly working fine . did all the settings for reset and all still does not work .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just for the clarification nothing problem with network provider it is with samsung software as i travelled to different continent and its the same issue with their sim cards and same sim cards are working on other handsets . so it does problem with samsung software. we must need the immediate resolutions.&amp;nbsp;@samsungsupport team look this matter urgently .&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

After recent update on 28 april, 2025 broke the network badly. I am facing a trouble for using this phone..Please help. send a remedy, update or do anything to make the beautiful phone work again. Otherwise i'll have to go back to my note10, 5g....which is downgrade. help help help. I am using AIRTEL sim and got it changed as well. did factory reset..nothing works. pl resolve immediately. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can send an Error report in the Samsung Members app &amp;gt; Support &amp;gt; Send feedback&amp;gt; Click the arrow icon &amp;gt; Choose the most appropriate category &amp;gt; Ensure 'Send system log data' is ticked &amp;gt; Send &amp;gt; Allow the Samsung Members app to run in the background so that it can collect the error logs.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To attach data, such as video clips and screenshots, please click on the paperclip icon.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Any updates on this? also sent a feedback. it has been like this for months. unbelieveble.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;been forced to move back to an S9..&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I believe im going with an Iphone next time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Paying 1200++€ so i can be in the same exact situation within the next 3 years?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or less! because this is the second time it happened to me. First time during warranty, they've replaced the Sub-PBA board or something like that. Ridicoulous. Sick of Samsung to be honest.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even the watch had been an absolute disgrace:&lt;BR /&gt;Spotify app in the watch its a joke.
