If this doesn't work, there is also a way to optimise your battery.

@lminvti can you please add your link ref battery reset.

Again you won't lose data doing this but you do need to use the Samsung Phone App for the task, not the Google one.

Factory Data Reset would be your nuclear option and should be the last one used.

Also please be aware that the Note 9 will be out of support so you may also want to think about upgrading....

Normally by getting the battery replaced. With the note 9 though software support has ended. Could treat your self to a new phone.

Make sure to back up all your data before. As you may have to factory reset if you choose to replace battery. Not sure if the note 9 has maintenance mode when repairing. Think that came along with newer software. Back up to the cloud or use smartswitch for PC. If you choose to upgrade device, just the case of transferring all data from old device to new.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

Have you run the diagnostics tool on your device and if yes, is it telling you your battery is weak? Or do you say it is weak because the battery isn't lasting that long?

If it isn't weak in diagnostics, before you do anything, perform a Wipe Partition Cache on your device (especially if you've never done so before). This will clear old cached temporary files from your device and speed it up / reduce the battery usage to a degree.

You won't lose data doing a Wipe Partition Cache.
