hi there

recently i noticed that my phone back side just started to pop out of place and when i hold it without the case it felt fatter in the middle. which can only mean that the battery is swollen. And because of that both wired and wireless charger do not charge my phone.

Is there a solution to this?

The first thing is to stop using it and book it in for a repair.
There's nothing you can do. It needs a new battery.
Would be best to get it done through a Samsung authorised repair agent. But that's your choice.
But I would stop using it straight away

1st. Turn off your phone and stop using device.
2nd. Contact samsung repairs
3rd. don't use your device with battery who's about to burst.

https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/
Hello, I am one of the people who have a Note 20 Ultra. This phone is very excellent. I am not happy that the update has stopped. It must be completed until 2027.
