    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":waving_hand:"&gt;👋&lt;/span&gt; &lt;a href="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/76177084"&gt;@Sharon39&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this issue happening everywhere or in a particular area &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thinking_face:"&gt;🤔&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Might be a mast issue or mast congestion.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously&amp;nbsp;for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;!-- /data/user/0/com.samsung.android.app.notes/files/clipdata/clipdata_bodytext_241120_063855_892.sdocx --&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone, and use a different sim card in your phone and then see what happens.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the phone there is a diagnostic test tool &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":wrench:"&gt;🔧&lt;/span&gt; found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And you can reset the mobile network settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Settings &amp;gt; General Management &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Reset Mobile Network Settings &amp;gt; Turn the phone Off and On.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone if necessary.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_sunglasses:"&gt;😎&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
