    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello &lt;a href="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/8380212"&gt;@stevenallen&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":waving_hand:"&gt;👋&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear your experiencing these issues with your phone. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pensive_face:"&gt;😔&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've never come across as to where a software update has deleted the imei number &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thinking_face:"&gt;🤔&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try removing the sim card and reinsert it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously&amp;nbsp;for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;!-- /data/user/0/com.samsung.android.app.notes/files/clipdata/clipdata_bodytext_241120_063855_892.sdocx --&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;And if necessary back up and factory reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If necessary a Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_sunglasses:"&gt;😎&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community to Customer Forum&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I suspect that the IMEI number has moved in line with Google's changes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Go to settings, about phone and your IMEI number should be there.</description>
