    <description>&lt;P&gt;My son has a S10+ and is having trouble getting to his phone.&amp;nbsp; He puts his password in it goes to a blank screen for say 2 secs and then it just goes back to his password screen.&amp;nbsp; I've tried the software resent of holding down the volume and power buttons but it just doesn't work.&amp;nbsp; He recently got a new battery in his phone as the other one swelled up.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas???&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Band of Brothers thank you so much for your reply amd tour welcome.&amp;nbsp; My son and I took his phone in to another repair team as we couldn't get the soft re-set to work.&amp;nbsp; It would ask for the password which it accepted and again just went to the password screen.&amp;nbsp; They think perhaps when the new battery went in something inside wasn't connecting and it just wouldn't let us in.&amp;nbsp; We had to leave the phone there for their repair guy to work on it.&amp;nbsp; We might have to do do a hard re-set if he can't find the problem.&amp;nbsp; Now im wondering if this is always going to happen&lt;/P&gt;</description>
